Besides teaching and directing theatre, Morton serves as Nobles' resident lighting designer. He has worked for several regional theatres in the States, including the Berkshire Theatre Festival, the Alley Theatre and the George Street Playhouse.

Bonner serves as the resident set designer at Nobles, as well as coordinating the technical theatre Afternoon Program. He also works for a number of theatre companies around the Greater Boston area as a lighting designer and stage electrician.

Outside of teaching, Grunnah is the founder and artistic director of Spunk and Co., a zany and athletic modern dance collective based in Cambridge. Jillian also trained in dance and theatre at Bowdoin College.
