Monday - Friday =
5:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Saturday = To be announced weekly based on Game Schedule and Open Building Hours

Sunday = Closed

 

 

Second Semester Hours for Adult Fitness 

 

   Jan. 3rd - June 11th                                                            

Monday - Friday =
5:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. - MAC / Strength Center & Adult Fitness space in the Dance Studio
2:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - MAC / Strength Center       2:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. - Adult Fitness space in the Dance Studio for Adults only

Tuesday & Friday Mornings =
Yoga with Jillian - 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Wednesdays =
Pilates with Jacqui - 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.
