About the Program

The Three Levels

"The Dawg Cage"

The Fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning Program: is offered each season to students wishing become stronger and more powerful, but have no prior or minimal experience with weight lifting. This program level focuses on learning and properly executing basic power lifts: back squat, bench press, shoulder press, push press, deadlift & clean.

The Advanced Technique Strength Conditioning Program: is offered each trimester to upper school students with basic knowledge of proper weight lifting techniques. This program masters the basic power lifts and teaches advanced lifts such as overhead squat, clean & jerk, and snatch.

Total Body Conditioning: is the third fitness program offered afterschool to upper school students in the Fall season. This program teaches how to safely and effectively increase general fitness and develop lifelong workout skills in a comfortable, non-competitive environment. A variety of classes are taught by instructor, Mrs. Cronin, including Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Zumba, Step Aerobics and Muscle conditioning.

Adult Fitness: Faculty and Staff are encouraged to learn about the Strength and Conditioning equipment and set up a fitness consultation with the Director of Strength & Conditioning. We also offer early morning Yoga & Pilates classes for our adult community and private workout space for adults in the afternoons.
