Taking a Closer Look at the
Alpine Ski Team
Class II student and Girls
Class II student and Girls' Alpine Ski captain Caroline Vietze, earned second place for her performance on Wednesday, Jan. 27

When Failed Attempts Become Inspirational, Courageous

In the chilling and dreary days of winter, students were treated to an inspiring Visual Arts-led Long Assembly, held on Jan. 13, which explored the theme of failure. Athletic Director Bob Moore introduced the presenters, while offering his take on failure through the lens of an athlete. “Preparation, effort and learning,” Moore said, “make up the foundation for athletes to succeed and improve upon errors or failed attempts.”   more >
