Nobles continued its offensive progression with an acute probing of the Brooks defense. A quick start was fashioned with superb ball and player movement. Nobles extended to a 6 - 1 advantage early in the second quarter. The Bishops found their form scoring in transition and 6 v. 6 half field before the intermission.

The defense continued to play well. Junior Thomas Park has a particularly noteworthy gobbling up 7 groundballs. Many of these led to scoring opportunities. The man down unit was exceptional allowing no goals in six extra-man situations for Brooks. Nobles was two men down twice yet did not yield a marker.
