During spring break, many students are participating in Nobles’ Experiential & Community Engaged Learning (EXCEL) program in diverse locations around the world. As Nobles’ Travel Program Director Henry Kinard explains, preparing for these trips is an annual yearlong process. “The trips are all quite different from each other,” Kinard says, “so they all present their own challenges as far as preparation and risk management.”

The book's compilation of quotations strives “to motivate, teach and inspire,” while benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Graduates of Color Share Their Stories

On February 1, the first day of Black History Month, it was more than fitting that three accomplished Nobles graduates of color would share their stories at morning assembly. Co-Deans of Diversity Edgar De Leon ’04 and Erica Pernell introduced Kevin McCarthy ’74, Kasib Sabir ’03 and Lorna Lowe ’90 to tell stories of identity during their time at Nobles.

Tickets for "Shrek, the Musical"

Don't miss the NTC's production of "Shrek, the Musical!" We've got a student cast of more than forty, a student crew of twenty-five and a sixteen-piece band that includes nine students!

Six performances are scheduled: 2/16, 2/17, 2/22, 2/23 and 2/24 at 6:30 p.m. and 2/18 at 2:00 p.m. Reserved boxes are $20; general admission is $12.
