Members of the Corporation Say Goodbye, Bob

At the annual Members of the Corporation dinner on June 15, 2017, Bob Henderson gave his final public remarks as Nobles’ sixth head of school. President of the Nobles Board of Trustees Beth Reilly ’87 thanked Henderson for his remarkable leadership and updated the audience of the school’s progress over the past year, including the appointment of Dr. Catherine J. Hall as Nobles’ seventh head of school. Reilly also introduced fellow graduate and trustee Mariel Novas ’06, who honored Henderson by reading a letter addressed to him.

Nobles celebrated Awards Night 2017 on June 1, 2017.

Class I Projects Night

On Tuesday, May 30, Class I students presented their artwork, research and talents created and acquired over the course of this year. Highlights included an analysis of the contemporary Jewish attitude toward tattoos and artwork that honored strong women and their inspirational quotations. 

Cum Laude Inductees Celebrate

On May 22, Nobles inducted 26 Class I students into its Cum Laude Society. Tilesy Harrington welcomed the students with a speech about heritage and legacy.

Investigative Reporter Visits The Nobleman

On May 17, Joe Bergantino, co-founder and executive director emeritus of the New England Center for Investigative Reporting, visited The Nobleman.

Student staffers and faculty members Henry Kinard and John Hirsch welcomed Bergantino, who shared that his passion for news started when he was 9 and extended into his high school years when he edited his school paper.

According to the website of the New England Center for Investigative Reporting, Bergantino has been a national and local investigative reporter for 35 years. He spent most of his career as the I-Team Reporter for WBZ-TV in Boston.
