Organic Gardening Afternoon Program

The Nobles Organic Gardening Afternoon Program helps bring new meaning to the term "locavore." They grow a variety of vegetables on campus and, on occasion, dining services features lettuce grown in the greenhouse. The group has learned a lot about growing plants and vegetables, and has even ventured off campus to a nearby hydroponics farm to learn more about different gardening techniques.
