About Nobles Music

Noble and Greenough School (“Nobles”) is located in Dedham, a town just south of Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States. The school, founded in 1866, has a vibrant, diverse music program which includes eight choral groups and nine instrumental groups. The Nobles Chamber Singers and Chamber Orchestra began touring in 2015. They have given concerts in Hamilton (Bermuda), New York City, Montréal, and Santa Marta (Colombia), and performed for audiences in schools, cathedrals, community centers, hospitals, and high atop the Empire State Building. The talented student musicians and their directors are excited to resume travel and to embark on their first European tour.

The Chamber Singers are led by Michael Turner and Nhung Truong; the Chamber Orchestra is led by Antonio Berdugo and Paul Lieberman. All four directors are respected teachers and musicians in Boston and beyond, with decades of experience leading student ensembles. The touring group is comprised of 24 choristers and 26 instrumentalists, who will perform an eclectic mix of music that spans centuries, from renaissance madrigals to challenging contemporary works. They look forward to playing for you!
