Molly Miller partners with middle and upper school students to develop the skills, strategies, and confidence needed for academic success. Her work emphasizes student empowerment, executive functioning, and skill-building, with a strong belief in helping students grow as independent, resilient learners.

In addition to working one-on-one with students, Ms. Miller teaches several coursesĀ supporting students in both their academic and social-emotional development. She is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where all students feel known, capable, and motivated to reach their full potential.

Ms. Miller holds a B.S. in Psychology and an M.Ed., with specialization in Moderate Special Education; she has additional certifications in adolescent mental health support. Before joining Nobles, Ms. Miller served for 10 years as Associate Director of the Hale Learning Center at Thayer Academy and as Assistant Director of Admissions at Ursuline Academy before that. She also gained valuable experience in academic support during her tenure at the Carroll and Buckingham, Browne & Nichols schools, shaping her collaborative and student-centered approach.
