This spring, Hope Hanley '12 helped lead the Nobles girls varsity lacrosse team to an impressive record, 10-5. Hanley, co-captain of the 2012 team, earned both First Team All-ISL and NEPSWLA All-Star for the third year in a row, and was named U.S. Lacrosse All-American for the second time. In 2010, Hanley earned U.S. Lacrosse honorable mention All-American and just last week, she received U.S. Lacrosse First Team All-American honors for her contributions to the 2012 season. A threatening attacker, Hanley averaged five goals a game this spring and maintained an impressive 73 percent shot percentage. Nobles’ leading scorer for the last three years, Hanley netted a total of 56 goals this season alone and finished her Nobles career with a total of 220 goals, setting a new record in the women’s lacrosse program.
