GrandGuest Day 2024

9:30 a.m.–3 p.m.
This special event gives grandparents and, in lieu of grandparents, grandguests (significant adult figures in a child’s life other than their parents or guardians) an “inside view”of a typical day at Nobles. Grandguests may participate in any or all of the scheduled activities and will receive a customized schedule, along with nametags and a campus map at registration.
Schedule
9:30–10 a.m. Coffee and Registration, Henderson Arts Center
10–10:20 a.m. GrandGuest Day Assembly, Lawrence Auditorium
10:20 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Grandguests will attend classes, have lunch in the Castle, have their photo taken and participate in special activities offered during free periods with their middle and/or upper school student(s).

10:30 a.m–2:30 p.m.
Professional Photos
Have your portrait taken on the way to lunch or between classes.
10:30–11:00 a.m.
Middle School Recess
Join your student(s) for lawn games on the lawn adjacent to the Castle.
11–11:50 a.m.
Lunch in the Castle with your student(s)
11:50 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Attend classes with your student(s)
Class schedule, nametags, and campus map provided at registration.
1–1:30 p.m.
Middle School Blue/White Games in Morrison Forum, Pratt Middle School
Cheer on your students as they compete for the winning title for their team.

Nobles Past and Present: Co-Director of the Putnam Library Emily Tragert will share antique and rare books from the Tower Collection and explain how they are used at Nobles; Archivist Heidi Charles will share special interest and historical items from the Nobles Archives.
