Art Street is always one of the most anticipated days of the year, and on May 26, 2023, it lived up to the hype. Sunshine abounded, as clubs and orgs like Body Positive Nobles, Chess Club, TGIF OPS and Nobles Theatre Collective hosted activities. The Animal Rescue League even brought a kindle of kittens to cuddle! And at the Nobles Heads Together table, campus pups Cruiser and Bentley had plenty of love to give, too.
FLIK spoiled students with a make-your-own Arnold Palmer station, ice cream and a cookout! And from face-painting to tie-dying to friendship bracelet-making, there were artistic opportunities aplenty. And whether playing basketball or pool-noodle sparring, the day was filled with friendly competition.
The open mic was in heavy rotation, including musical mashups and karaoke. Spanish V Honors students even serenaded Señor Dave Ulrich. Big thanks to Nobles’ School Life Council, especially superstar co-presidents Nitty Moore and Carter Bartel, for bringing everyone together for this fun and memorable day—but also as a community all year.
